The 100% windproof and waterproof Pioneer Hi-Vis Quilted Safety Parka is an ideal outer layer for harsh weather conditions. A draw string hood provides additional rain protection while StarTech reflective tape provides additional safety in low-light conditions.

These jackets are 100% windproof and waterproof making them adaptable to harsh weather conditions and the strongly stitched taped and heat-sealed seams are meant to provide protection from wear and tear
• Design This zip-to-top fleece-lined collar design keeps your comfortable and cozy in winters. The highly reflective fabric and the StarTech reflective tape enhance visibility in low-light conditions. Additionally the parka is designed to have a hood that easily folds into the collar for adjustability
