• Shift of 6 – 50 workers in a workplace with low risk of injury and that is more than 20 minutes surface travel time away from a hospital.
• Shift of 11 – 50 workers in a workplace with low risk of injury and that is 20 minutes or less surface travel time away from a hospital.
• Shift of 2 – 15 workers in a workplace with moderate risk of injury and that is more than 20 minutes surface travel time away from a hospital.
• Shift of 6 – 25 workers in a workplace with moderate risk of injury and that is 20 minutes or less surface travel time away from a hospital.
• Shift of 2 – 10 workers in a workplace with high risk of injury and that is more than 20 minutes surface travel time away from a hospital.
• Shift of 2 – 15 workers in a workplace with high risk of injury and that is 20 minutes or less surface travel time away from a hospital.
