Replacement bobbin winder assembly Part #82087. The standard friction-drive winding unit for Singer 29K industrial shoe patcher (cobbler) machines equipped with small-capacity bobbins. Mounts to the machine arm and engages the handwheel to wind bobbins independently without unthreading the needle.
