Replacement check lever tension stud (Part #418, also known as SNG-418) for Singer 29K industrial leather shoe patcher machines and compatible models. The threaded post that anchors the upper thread tension assembly holding the tension discs and check spring in place so the take-up lever operates with correct resistance.
